Congratulations! You’re going to PyCon LT!
Welcome to PyCon LT! This guide will help you make the most of your conference experience - from tutorials to sprints and everything in between. PyCon LT is the largest Python conference in the Baltics, and it's grown bigger every year since its launch in 2008.
It's important to remember that everyone's experience at PyCon LT will be different, and that's what makes the conference unique. This guide will give you an overview of what to expect and how to make the most of your time at the conference. You'll find tips on what to do before, during, and after the conference, as well as how to have an amazing PyCon LT experience.
What PyCon LT Involves
PyCon LT is broken up into three stages:
Tutorials: PyCon LT 2023 starts with one days of three-hour classes, during which you get to learn in depth with instructors. These are great to go to since the class sizes are small, and you can ask questions of the instructors. You should consider going to at least one of these if you can, but they do have an additional cost of 70 EUR per class.
Conference: Next, PyCon LT offers two days of talks. Each presentation lasts for thirty minutes, and there are about 3 talks going on at a time. But that’s not all: there are also, sponsors, lightning, open-space, lightning talk, leader talks sessions.
Sprints: Coding sprints that will allow you to apply what you learned
